] I’m not sure if it was needed nevertheless as my pc was not setup correctly to see a second drive. We got this drive as a backup for our residence pc and was slightly annoyed that there was no SATA data cable with it, nor was there any software package, but a swift google seach took me proper to the page to get: [. . It works beautifully. . . Once configured properly the drive has been incredibly dependable and quiet. The drive operates actually excellent, I have no complaints about that

No drama though and good, reasonably priced product. I purchased it to set up game applications on, my external is for music and photographs. The other point is that it came with definitely no paperwork so I had to look on the web once more to keep in mind how to initialize the hardrive. I am extremely content with the price and efficiency of this HD. 50 SATA cable to hook it to my motherboard (and that is not a cable you can buy at your corner keep). I purchased this as an internal upgrade in addition to a 1TB external and my current internal 250GB HD. My only two complaints are that the HD did not come with the $ one.
